But these are! So cute it's hard to pick just one. They come in great patterns and color combos and really make you feel pretty stylish when carrying one, while looking like you care for the earth too, which is the more important part, right? I cannot tell you how much I love this lotion. I'm not a big lotion person and I'm pretty basic when it comes to that stuff, but this lotion changed all of that. As soon as we got this in, I bought it immediately. I LOVE the richness of it (it's made with olive, sunflower, jojoba and grapeseed oils infused with aloe vera, chamomile and lavender) and the scent is just incredible (they are scented with essential oils). Seriously, I love it -- and so does my hands.

Bierfilzl - Coasters from the good old days

Here's a little info about these coasters found on the back of their packaging:

Up to the late 19th century coasters made of wool felt were used in taverns across Bavaria. They not only soaked up moisture, they were also used to cover the glass while sitting in a beer garden to keep out falling leaves and unwanted flying guests.

The invention of less expensive coasters made of paper around 1880 marked the end of felt coasters. Nevertheless, to this day Bavarians call coasters of all kinds “Bierfilzl” (beer felt).

In keeping with the old tradition we’ve re-created our Bierfilzl in 5mm thick, natural wool felt from Germany. They are handsome, sturdy, and durable, and are sure to protect your surfaces with timeless style.
